Breaking changes

• The "Block Device Access" switch is now deprecated as of this release, a new time entity has been created in its place, which when set to 0:00 will achieve the same result. New setups will have this switch disabled by default, existing setups will continue to have it enabled although it will be removed in 2024.1.0
• The versioning has now changed and follows the same versioning system as Home Assistant does
