What I am changing

Changed the internal mechanics of
recipe_to_flowto useBaseRecipe's newto_recipemethod.Extended test coverage for the
recipe_to_flowmethod.Refactored the example
recipeto use the new recommend approach for file patterns outlined [here](pangeo-forge/pangeo-forge-recipes#160 (comment)Updated the sample
meta.yamlandbakeries.yamlfiles to align with the actual values in https://github.com/pangeo-forge/bakery-database.How you can test it
Run the unit tests.
