KenyaEMR 17.3.1

NB: This release works with mUzima v2.5 and v2.6.
This release introduces KenyaEMR v17.3.1.

The release introduces major enhancement to support EID and ADT integration with KenyaEMR.

EID integration introduces automated remote login of Viral Loads and pull of when results are available.

ADT integration introduces exchange of client registration, pharmacy order and dispense messages between KenyaEMR and ADT.

MER 2.4 to MER 2.5 changes have also been introduced in this release.

See attached release notes for more details.

Bug fixes
· Fixed TB Screening report in MOH 731 not to include clients whose ART drugs were picked by treatment supporters.
· Fixed Nutrition and HIV assessment not populating in the MOH 731 report.
· Fixed issue of missing reason of death in patient discontinuation form.
· Added missing FDC Regimen for Pediatrics - AZT/3TC/DTG & ABC/3TC/DTG

NB: This release does not work with mUzima.

This release introduces KenyaEMR v17.3.0.

The release introduces major enhancement to support EID and ADT integration with KenyaEMR.

The release enhancement to RDE^001 (pharmacy order) and RDS^O13 (pharmacy dispense) messages to KenyaEMR - ADT integration.

Bug fix to stop IL crashing at midnight in Linux installations.

This release introduces KenyaEMR v17.2.1

The release introduces a bug fix

  1. Current on ART: Catered for transfer outs and died within the reporting period taking into consideration the effective date which affects the following reports:
    a. MOH731 Current on ART
    b. DATIM report Current on ART desegregation
    c. Leap report Current on ART
    d. Missed appointment report (1-30 days)
    e. LTFU report (>30days)

  2. Key Population
    a. Syncing for the Peer Calendar
    b. Changed computation of Commodities distributed per month in the KP cohort register.

Bug fixes

  1. Indicator subtotals and totals on Viral Suppression report for current in care patients (Now referred as Viral suppression report for current on ART patients).
  2. Bug fix on 'Regimen' and 'Regimen line' columns in Active on ART line list report.
  3. Bug fix on 'Has visit on day' column in art drug report.

KenyaEMR 17.2.0

This release introduces KenyaEMR v17.2.0

The release has three major enhancements:

  1. Merge of Key Population system with KenyaEMR
  2. Revision of Current of ART (and related indicators) as per the new NASCOP guidance.
  3. KPIF with 3PM integration. To submit 3PM report, IL v3.0.0 is required and can be obtained here https://github.com/palladiumkenya/kenyahmis-releases/releases/tag/v29

Other enhancement is the introduction of missing MFL facilities

Read the release notes for all the enhancements and bug fixes.

To upgrade facilities migrated from IQCare, run the setup script ONLY.

To upgrade facilities running KenyaEMR (non-migrated sites) run BOTH the setup script and post migration script. After, go to Home and setup you facility. All the missing MFL facilities have been introduced.

IQCare v2.2.1 - Patch 3

This release introduces IQCare v2.2.1 - Patch 2.

Improvements

  • Classified treatment by the programs for better programmatic based commodity management.
  • Added the missing drugs and regimens as per the FMAPs/ FCDRR provided.

Bug fixes
HTS - Resolved an error that was related to Key populations in HTS.
RDE - Resolved the issue associated with failure to access blue card initial and follow-up visit in some facilities. Resolved the issue associated with failure to add some data e.g. Tanners assessment and milestones assessment.
Lab orders - Resolved an error experienced when saving Lab orders under the universal portal.

The new release requires windows hosting version 2.2.8+ which is attached in the Patch 2 release.
