Features
Tested against Steam version @ 3440x1440, 3840x1080 and 5120x1440
- Resolution overridden to display resolution.
- Aspect corrected
Known Issues
Some of these may only cause issues when using aspects greater than 21:9
- Some levels/zones are still pillarboxed
- On second world's third stage, there's a chase sequence where a laser wall is catching up to you. When you reach the end of the level, it should stop or despawn, but it keeps going. When it reaches the right side of the screen, you die; even though you've already completed the level
- In chapter 8 act 3 boss, if you go too far ahead after the first transition phase, you'll hit a death trigger.
- World 10, chapter 1 boss. When you enter the boss battle, all the platforms disappear and eventually you'll fall to your death.
- In the last story (true final boss), the ring drop rate is too low in UW mode so you'll always run out of rings before you can beat it.

Installation
- Grab the latest release from below. ❗The executable is a self-extracting 7z archive.
- Run the executable and choose the root game directory. (e.g.
steamapps\common\Sonic Superstars
for Steam on Windows).
Steam Deck/Linux/MacOS Additional Instructions
You do not need to do this if you are using Windows!
- Open up the game properties in Steam and add
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp=n,b" %command%
to the launch options.
