This will allow cross-platform support for ObfuscateMethod.AES and also make it easier to add new methods in the future that use the Crypto package.

Sorry, decided that the package should have more permissive allowance of the swift-crypto's version. Should be good to go now!

I confirmed that it works with both swift-crypto version 1.0.0 and the latest 3.8.0.
