When trying to delete a user at the end of a scenario, the server gave a 500 error with context deadline exceeded
That is a strange "random" problem that happened in Core-API-Tests-owncloud-storage-3 pipeline - unrelated to Phoenix UI tests!!! I see that CI has been restarted.

Unrelated to this PR, it would be nice if this sort of thing never happened :)
