[tests-only] [full-ci] Update issue 1267 in expected-failures-API-on-OCIS-storage #5096

This issue link was old. It is the last old ocis-reva issue link. I suppose it is an accidental leftover from before we got all the issue links up-to-date.

It is already up-to-date in the S3NG expected-failures in cs3org/reva and is being updated in the OCIS expected-failures in reva by PRs cs3org/reva#3488 and cs3org/reva#3489

Update it here to be consistent, and maybe avoid a little bit of confusion.

Noticed while looking into issue #5074
