[Tests-Only] Add bug demo scenarios

that are currently in core.

This allows us to change/delete/add to bug demo scenarios locally as needed, rather than having to coordinate changes in core.

Some some share response attributes are currently empty in OCIS. Those pass in owncloud/ocis-reva so I guess we are waiting for a fix from there. The test scenarios here have been adjusted so that they pass.
