both in the readme in this repo as well as on the openssf calendar, the meeting notes links are incorrect

current (and incorrect) link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vhun-GyAiVPWWYFuRUlBUZA_jQGt9Bi9WizoQ35jGL0
should be: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xPs2sSbH3I9Ich7OyLOzl85oJshnK8Q6WoAgREE5-zA

@melba-lopez it's partially fixed. there's a link in the description which is fixed, but another reference to the notes still is the old one:

@ctcpip for some weird reason my permissions for this calendar invite has been removed (so i need to ask operations to fix)
