This is totally nitpicky, but I think we should make this crystal clear that we have 3 co-chairs

Generally looks good to me! I think there's some minor edits to make before we're ready to land this.
We'll also need to update the commit that isn't signed off, or whoever merges this pull request could squash the commits and ensure that the squashed commit is signed off.

Minor: I think these are meant to be swapped.

As the WG is intending to change the name from DEI to BEAR, it might be helpful for future reference to mention this change in the application as well. |

Since there are more docs where the name needs to change, we can handle that in a separate PR. |
