AITL tests operate on Tiers which are a bunch of tests grouped together based on different parameters. As we have no control over what goes in the Tiers, we are going to roll-out the AITL testing in a more controlled manner with a custom list.
This PR also adds the ability to exclude certain tests or groups of tests based on regex.
PUBLIC_CLOUD_AITL_EXCLUDE_TESTSset tonvme. As you can see in the logs - there are no tests withnvmein thecaseName.
