We have successfully implemented live streaming transcription in Zoom, following your guidance, and it has been working effectively for our requirements. Thank you for your support in enabling this integration.

We are now exploring the possibility of implementing a similar live streaming transcription setup in Microsoft Teams. Could you please confirm:

1. If it is possible to integrate live streaming transcription with Microsoft Teams using ngrok?
2. Whether the speed and quality of transcription in Microsoft Teams would be comparable to our experience with Zoom?

I'm not aware of anyone who's done that integration with MS Teams yet nor am super familiar with their API / Platform. You'd have to do some research based on what Microsoft Provides in terms of API support. In theory you could connect a service like Deepgram to MS Teams, but it all depends on what they offer you in terms of API functionality in order to get access to the audio created from a meeting.
