I don't know if this issue has been reported already.

The issue has occurred frequently and randomly in the last 3 days. For example, in a workflow with 13 jobs concurrency, there is at least 1 job with the status Skipped. Sometimes, it is up to 3-4 jobs skipped per workflow.

When looking into the steps, there were no failures, just a message Error: The operation was canceled. without reason. I am sure this is not the fault of the step itself.

From the Summary view, I could see annotations as below.
The hosted runner encountered an error while running your job. (Error Type: Failure).
Received request to deprovision: The request was cancelled by the remote provider.

Could you please check that any similar issues have been reported and can be monitored from GitHub services availability?

It looks like this is not the issue that I am looking for since the job was picked up and run for a while before suddenly being canceled by the remote provider.

@VietND96 We've been seeing the same failures in systemd. I'm pretty sure this is a Github Actions issue.

We have found an issue where small set of jobs are being canceled while they are in progress. We have resolved it couple of hours ago.
