Getting "BindingResolutionException: Target class [cache.store] does not exist"

Description:

I am getting a BindingResolutionException: Target class [cache.store] does not exist. when trying to run phpunit.
It is my bare skeleton setup, as I normally set up my laravel packages, and not even any code in the project yet.
The test case has no code yet either.

Steps To Reproduce:

Installed Orchestrator composer package
generated phpunit.xml phpunit.xml.txt
created a test case class TestCase.php.txt
created a test AppwardServerTest.php.txt

Ah, I found the problem - I was overwriting the wrong method :(
I was overwriting getApplicationProviders instead of getPackageProviders....
