This PR adds the following OAPI functions to Lua :
oapiGetObjectType
oapiGetGbodyParent
oapiGetGbodyByName/Index
oapiAcceptDelayKey
VESSEL::GetFlightStatus
VESSEL::AddParticleStream
VESSEL::DelExhaustStream
The Lua DG example has been updated to use these.
