@yunchu thanks for your PR. @kprokofi can we include torch upgrade to 2.3 or 2.4 into OTX 2.2 scope? Full validation is already required, since we're upgrading torch, so why don't use the latest version, which could bring more performance in torch compile mode / resolve issues with flops estimation in otx benchmark
