The below changes are for Java support:

openshiftio/openshift.io#4319

1. Modified the slaveTemplate method to spawn a pod with java_opts and maven_opts for java slave container
2. Adding runTest api so that we don't use spwan directly from Jenkisfile to run the tests

@piyush-garg does it mean that every new project on prod-preview will now use new pipeline library?

Hi @ppitonak

This means we have tested and added whatever required in new pipeline-library to onboard java boosters. Now the new library is ready with all the requirements.

we are working on #4500 right now. After that, we will move java boosters to use new library using
#4501
