Add more components to the 1.3.5 manifests

Description

Adding more components into the 1.3.5 manifest. Now with this merged, all plugins should be included in the 1.3.5 manifests.
only asynch-search is missing in OS manifest because it's blocked by this version increment PR; so is functionalTestDashboards because of this PR.
