[BUG] Opening artifacts.opensearch.org give me access denied #1038

The website is backed by S3, when a file doesn't exist you get a 403, Access Denied. That URL contains "kibana", so that looks wrong already. I'll move this into opensearch-dashboards, I don't think this is a problem with this particular plugin. |

Describe the bug
I am trying to install sql plugin into opensearch, but when i try to install, it show me this link
https://artifacts.opensearch.org/downloads/kibana-plugins/opensearch-sql/opensearch-sql-1.1.0.zip
and write no valid url was found
