Static resources, including javadoc API documentation, are hosted at resources.openmrs.org. http://docs.openmrs.org is the same server.

Error reporting

A custom SCRAP tool is used for automatic error reporting from OpenMRS instances. Code is available at openmrs/openmrs-contrib-scrap. OpenMRS implementations are configured with a Global Property reportProblem.url that points to this service – e.g., see this page on demo.
