Stanford relicensed the repo to BSD-3c so tag the last contribution from
the Stanford repo
(https://github.com/Stanford-Online/xblock-in-video-quiz).  All
contributions made after this were made as a part of the Open edX
project and will be licensed under the AGPL v3
