Description of change
Serving large language models is a primary use of the single model serving platform (which uses KServe).
However, with the introduction of the OpenVino Model Server runtime to this platform, LLMs are not the only use case. In fact, the OVMS runtime will not initially support LLMs at all.
This PR renames the "Serving large language models" chapter to "Serving large models" and cites LLMs as just an example.
Testing
Changes tested via a local build of the ODH website.
