Description

Based on the defaults at https://github.com/konflux-ci/mintmaker/blob/main/config/renovate/renovate.json

We need to stop MintMaker/Renovate from trying to update all our Pipfiles.

• The commits are squashed in a cohesive manner and have meaningful messages.
