@dincamihai @meaksh feel free to have a look. We need also a place public where we put docker image for other os, imho. I put my dockerhub user, but we maybe create an salt-toaster user in dockerhub if you want, or i am open for other suggestions. Tia |

what does this pr do?
we have a docker image leap15 image on GitHub.
Travis is fixed aka disabled: after long investigation and i got travis ci running on pr, we cannot run it really because the tests take to much time to run and travis-ci kill job ( there is no job-timeout increasement)
adapt toaster to use leap15 instead of leap42.1
