Note that Open Notificaties 1.2.0 has some changes w/r to the container user - see https://github.com/open-zaak/open-notificaties/blob/main/CHANGELOG.rst#120-2021-09-15
It also added flower for background task monitoring, you can check the Ansible playbooks/templates on how to integrate that into Helm charts as well.
The same is pending for Open Zaak 1.5.0 (unreleased as of now).
