[chore]: enable int-conversion rule of perfsprint (#5964)

[perfsprint](https://github.com/catenacyber/perfsprint) is a linter for
performance, aiming at usages of fmt.Sprintf which have faster
alternatives.

This PR enables int-conversion rule
