[connectors/spanmetrics] Rename latency histogram metrics to duration.

Description:

Rename latency histogram metrics to duration, so it is named correspondingly to the semantic convention, see open-telemetry/opentelemetry-specification#2977 (comment)

The component is not added to distribution yet, so probably is not used by anyone, it also has the in development status. There is also a similar change with the renaming of the calls_total metric, see #18744.

I'll also provide this information in the future spanmetrics processor to spanmetrics connector migration section.
