Lizard Shaman Plugin Notifier Broken #2174

The notifier looks for the chat message,

private static final String MESSAGE = "A Lizardman shaman has summoned his spawn!";

But this message seems to no longer exist. Maybe it was removed in a recent update?

This option should be removed from the plugin if this is correct.
