What is the problem this feature will solve?

Support https://colab.research.google.com/github/alembics/disco-diffusion/blob/main/Disco_Diffusion.ipynb in MMEdit. We will refactor its implementation and make it more clear.

What is the feature?

This feature is a algorithm for text-to-image generation, which based on kinds of diffusion models, clip models and other technicals.
