@rzang-intel Could you please update the root README to reference to this link also?

Description
This is the initial commit to introduce Intel Gaudi Base Operator to GenAIInfra.
For now, it is fine to follow the steps in the operator manual page. Should any further issues discovered, they should be addressed in this directory.
