  • copy @hkir-dev's changes to pom.xml and robot-core/
  • update example files
    • drop xsd:string datatypes, many files
    • add rdf:PlainLiteral datatype declaration in example2_defined_by.owl
    • modify owl-axioms: in example.obo
    • update metrics_all.json

This PR is just the changes from #1005, factoring out the broken example files that were fixed in #1085.

We had a long time to look at #1005, our test suite is pretty thorough, and I've tested this on some of my more complex ontology projects. Protege 5.6.0 was just released, and it uses OWLAPI 4.5.24. It's very important that ROBOT stays in sync with Protege, so I'm going to merge this and release it. We'll fix any bugs as we find them.
