This release contains many changes and bug fixes. Highlights are:

Hardfork to change to cryptonote heavy
Increased transaction size
Proper DNS checkpointing
Additional wallet key protection
A new RPC in the ombred which allows synchronisation with the viewkey (will be used in android wallet).
