New Errors Report panel design

This is the new Errors report panel. Design file & Prototype.

What stays unchanged

• The Errors report button is a toggle action

What's new

• Errors report becomes Full screen as opposed to being at the bottom of the datagrid
• An error counter is a badge next to the button name as implemented in Errors counter - Implementation #607
• Users can download the Data table with red error cells, and the Errors report using the Download button in issue Implement the Download button  #633
• A refined Visualization of the different error types detected in the file
• A Show more button when the results are longer. This uses the existing default, & hover styling of the Select button in the Upload modal
