Please tell me, is it possible using ImGui::InputText to set text in the input field from the buffer, completely replacing the text in the input field, and not just using the keyboard?
I know this can be done initially when creating the ImGui::InputText:

I'm not sure if this is advisable but I solved this by manually managing the InputText's ID. When I want to force an update I generate a new unique ID. That forces the existing state to be ignored as this is no longer the same InputText being handled.
