SCHISM has implemented an input for PaHM model type. Start using it in the workflow: schism-dev/schism#100

Note that this requires pyschism (schism-dev/pyschism#62) and coupledmodeldriver (noaa-ocs-modeling/CoupledModelDriver#155) support for the new parameter as well as a new compiled version of schism

Since Prefect Legacy workflow cloud server is going to shutdown end of April, I think it's better to finish #5 first, before completing this ticket. The good news is all the dependency components for parametrizing GAHM vs Symmetric is already in-place.
