eio.core doesn't use cstruct.
It doesn't need to be in eio.core, as nothing else there depends on it.

Remove
cstructanddomain-local-awaitdependencies fromeio.core. Cstruct wasn't used at all, and it makes more sense to have Dla ineio.utils(shared utilities for backends).
