Important Bug Fix

Among other things, this release includes a fix for the bug where the screen would lock out on the baking app, requiring a PIN to re-enter and not signing blocks in the mean-time. This has been fixed.

This also includes code to display either the current authorized key, or indicate that no baking is authorized.

Easier Baking Auth

In this release:

1. You no longer need an echo command to authorize baking. Instead, sign a self-delegation operation with the baking app.
2. The baking app can now sign self-delegations after verifying the entire contents of the message.
