This looks useful. Given Kafdrop allow deleting topic it would be helpful it allows also writing to a topic. Otherwise a developer would need to use the kafka-cli to do the same

Is there a way to have this as a feature flag. I think it would be great for a QA environment, but quite scary under a production environment.
