Error when trying to run the PSP, cx_Freeze: Python error in main script

Hello, this is the first time that I used this editor, I downloaded the psp-windows-0.7.10.zip then I extracted it, but when I tried to run the PSP

I don't know if this matter but weirdly enough, it's saying something about 'D:\somethingsomething' even though I do not have D drive, only C

I am having the same issue. Maybe it has something to do with the frozen_application_license file.
