📚 Description

Should resolve #3066, possibly #2984 too but needs testing. The issue seems to be caused by using the cookie by reference on mounted hook instead of value, causing it to use the updated/reset cookie value on load.

Adding tests for an SSG fixture took a while to figure out but it seems to be working, will need to merge this into v8 as well 😥
