Currently workspace support in Bun is really poor, we use bun as an runtime, for package management we opted to use pnpm

Update app to use pnpm (#10)

This introduces #9, because Bun doesn't handle workspaces well enough for our monorepo use. We'll be using pnpm for package management and Bun as the runtime for now.
