gb (https://github.com/constabulary/gb) uses a slightly different pkg layout. This adds the new scheme to the `find_global_file` function.

layout. This adds the new scheme to the
find_global_filefunction.This logic will run after the normal go toolchain search path so in theory it should not change the old behaviour for normal projects.
