Move
@module-federation/enhancedto optional peer dep of@nx/angularand@nx/react. They are installed to the workspace already, and we don't need them to be a dependency. This allows React users that don't user Webpack/MF to avoid installing this dependency, and ensures the dependency isn't nested in node_modules.Current Behavior
