SwipeGov & Governance Improvements

  • Added SwipeGov - a simplified way to vote in OpenGov. Swipe right to Aye, left to Nay, up to Abstain
  • Added Short summaries for referendums in SwipeGov
  • Added Translated Summaries for referendums in SwipeGov
  • Added batch voting in SwipeGov — swipe first and confirm all at once later to submit the votes.
  • Added support for custom assets in SwipeGov and regular voting UI — now USDT/USDC/other tokens will be displayed when requested in treasury refs
