This app will scan through all the unconfirmed transactions in the IOTA tangle and randomly select non-spam transactions to reattach.
How to use: Try it out at https://normpad.github.io/IOTA-Reattacher/ or download or clone the repository and open index.html with you prefered browser. It's as simple as that.
