Test with crosswalk plugin

Need to do some testing on how this plugin works with the crosswalk webview.

There is a problem with the current fix for #93

I have a problem with with plugin working with crosswalk webview plugin.

I created a very simple project. I just added cordova-hot-code-push and dev. It works great. Then I added crosswalk and it stops refreshing.

This is on android 6.4.0 Cordova. I would appreciate any directions.
