Before making wide revisions, we should start by copying over the existing guide (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jjQghqjGP6BasZt4i0zTmK4p-gN_3IRhIAm2-CPE0kE/edit?usp=sharing) to this github, preserving its organizational structure.

There's a lot in that guide that needs to be removed or changed. And there's a lot missing. But we need to have those materials here as a baseline.
