repl: fix terminal default setting and improve color check #26518

This makes sure that the described default behavior for the
terminal option is actually always used and not only when running
the REPL as standalone program.

The color detection is also improved by checking for hasColors()
if possible.

I also moved a few lines so that the code is logically combined instead of being spread out in the big REPL constructor.

This seems OK to me I think but I'd like to see more scrutiny from @nodejs/repl et al. If this gets stuck on 1 TSC review, I'm sufficiently comfortable to be the second one, but again, I'd prefer scrutiny from the more relevant/knowledgable folks....

Rebased due to conflicts. The color check was already done in another PR using getColorDepth(). It is now only using a more user friendly API instead without any impact. Now it's only about the terminal default.

@Fishrock123 the default for the terminal option in REPL instances (not run as standalone program) is now as described in the documentation. So far it never used isTTY as described.
