Public participation

We stream our conference call straight to YouTube so anyone can listen to it live, it should start playing at https://www.youtube.com/c/nodejs+foundation/live when we turn it on. There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. So be patient and it should show up.

The package maintenance team met today, and agreed to draft some goals to drive the version management effort: https://github.com/nodejs/package-maintenance/pull/597/files?short_path=6db9788#diff-6db9788007092f5808d709367ce74c04e7b45b842170823c93f348ab71efd827. The hope is that we can first reach agreement on goals, and then draft proposals for achieving the goals; then weigh the pros and cons of various approaches and see which, if any, we want to adopt.
