Fix Node deprecation "[DEP0005] DeprecationWarning: Buffer() is deprecated due to security and usability issues. Please use the Buffer.alloc(), Buffer.allocUnsafe(), or Buffer.from() methods instead."
Buffer.from(string[, encoding]) is added in Node v5.10.0. passport-saml is currently using Node 6 so this update should be ok.
